Privacy Policy

HerMoments is designed as a local-first personal organizer. Privacy is a core product principle.

Data stored by the app

Information you add to HerMoments, such as people, events, reminders, lists, routines, memories, keepsakes, preferences, and related organizer details, is stored locally on your device.

No HerMoments account or developer cloud

HerMoments does not require an account and does not upload your organizer database to a HerMoments server.

Optional Apple system permissions

• Notifications for local reminders and planning alerts.
• Calendar for optional calendar import or export features.
• Contacts when you choose to associate a person with a contact.
• Photos when you choose a photo for a memory or related item.
• Face ID for optional protection of private areas.

Widget, Share Extension, and Shortcuts

HerMoments may use an Apple App Group container to share limited local information between the main app, its widget, and its Share Extension. This sharing stays within the HerMoments app family on your device.

Notifications

HerMoments schedules local notifications on your device. HerMoments does not use a developer push notification server for your organizer reminders.

Backup and export

Backup, restore, export, and sharing actions are user initiated. When you choose to export or share information, Apple system sharing tools and the destination you select may process that content under their own policies.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

HerMoments does not include third-party advertising SDKs or analytics tracking SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.

Support website

This support website is separate from the HerMoments app. If you submit the support contact form or send an email, the information you provide is used only to respond to your request. Netlify may process website hosting and form submissions as the hosting provider.

Children

HerMoments is a general personal organization app and is not designed as a service directed to children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
